CANCELLATION POLICY
Individual Bookings: Cancellations made more than 7 days before your scheduled arrival have no charge. For cancellations made with 7 or fewer days left before your arrival date, you will be charged for one night.
Group Bookings: We require a 25% deposit for larger group bookings. The deposit is fully refundable for cancellations made at least a month before the scheduled arrival. For cancellations made less than a month but more than 7 days before the scheduled arrival, the deposit converts to a credit for a future stay. No refund or credit is available for cancellations made less than a week before the arrival date.
CHILDREN
Children of all ages are welcome (we have two young ones!) in the standard rooms. No children permitted in the suite.
Children 5 and under can stay for free in existing beds. We have one crib available.
Children 6 and older incur a charge of $200 pesos per night.
EXTRA GUESTS
The quoted room prices are for 2 adults. Each additional adult is $350 pesos per night. We do not allow more than 4 guests per room. Only 2 adults are permitted in the suite.
INTERNET
WIFI is available throughout the hotel and is free of charge.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is available from 8:30 until 10:00am in the kitchen & dining space. It typically includes homemade granola, fresh hardboiled eggs from our chickens, fresh fruit, yogurt, pan dulce, fresh juice, and organic Oaxacan coffee roasted at the house.
PARKING
Free private parking is available.
PETS
Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets.
NO SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.
TEMAZCAL
Temazcal sessions are separate and not included with room reservations. They must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
AIRPORT & CITY TRANSPORTATION
We can arrange transportation to the airport or Oaxaca City.
